Welisen Spreadsheet Checklist Before Saving a Find
The checklist is deliberately simple: one point for each question you can answer with useful evidence. It is a sorting aid, not a quality guarantee.
Give the row one point for category fit, useful photos, sizing or measurements, fair price context, acceptable shipping weight, a clear description, and a reason to save. Six or seven points earns more research—not automatic trust.
The seven-point check
Read the row, then mark what is actually supported
Do not award a point because the missing detail might appear later. The sheet should either show it or lead clearly to it.
- The item belongs in the category I am browsing.
- Photos show the details that matter for this product type.
- Sizing, measurements, or fit notes are visible when needed.
- Price makes sense beside similar finds.
- Shipping weight does not ruin the value.
- The row is not just hype or a vague label.
- I can explain why I would save this find.
Score your row
A filter, not a verdict
Hard stops override the score
A row can collect six points and still fail if its source link shows a different item, the price belongs to another option, or the only measurement cannot be tied to the visible product. Do not average a serious mismatch into an otherwise good score.
- The source product or option does not match the spreadsheet row.
- The price basis is a deposit, minimum quantity, accessory, or unknown variation.
- The QC set cannot be matched to the same item, color, or size.
- The key measurement uses an unclear method or conflicts with the photo.
- The row requires account, payment, or private order information outside an official channel.
QC photos by category
Item-specific photos are useful only when they answer category-specific questions and can be matched to the same item or option.

Good row example
Footwear row: 7/7
The category is precise; both shoes and the outsole are visible; insole length is shown; the price is compared with two similar rows; estimated packed weight is noted as a planning input; the title is descriptive; and the save reason is “correct size evidence plus complete angle coverage.”
The score means it deserves closer inspection. It still does not verify the seller or guarantee the product.
Weak row example
Hoodie row: 2/7
The item is clearly a hoodie and there is a price. The title says “best,” the only image is a front view, no measurements appear, the source option is unclear, weight is ignored, and there is no reason to save it beyond popularity.
Remove it for now. If a measurement chart or matching QC set appears later, score the row again from scratch.
One-sentence save rule
Save the row only when you can finish this sentence: “This find stays because it gives me ______ that comparable rows do not.”
What to do next
If the row scores well, confirm the source page and inspect current details. If fit is uncertain, compare a known item with the measurement guide. If weight or the full budget is unclear, use the shipping weight guide and total cost guide. If a link or claim feels wrong, review the safety notes.
